bdtka Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

bdtka is an online casino and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. The terms and conditions ("Terms") described in this document form a legal agreement between bdtka and anyone who uses its platform ("Member" or "you").

These Terms apply to all games, betting services, bonuses, promotional offers, and every service provided through bdtka. By creating an account or using our platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

1.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. bdtka is committed to providing services in a safe and transparent environment, and all transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology.

1.2 Language and Communication

bdtka provides support in both Bengali and English. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the primary document.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To participate on the bdtka platform, each member must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are able to comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
• You have only one account on bdtka — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not managing an account on behalf of someone else.

2.1 Age Verification Process

bdtka may at any time request relevant documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID) to verify a member's identity and age. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

It is each member's responsibility to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in immediate account closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as address, mobile number, or email), please update them on the platform immediately. bdtka will not be liable for any delays in withdrawals or verification caused by outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtka currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). If new methods are added in the future, they will be announced on the platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or unusual activity is detected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdtka does not support transactions in any other currency.

4.5 Deposit Policy

Deposited funds are non-refundable unless bdtka determines it necessary due to a technical error. Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdtka offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳8,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined.

For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Policy

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• bdtka reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP and Cashback Program

bdtka has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback varies by tier: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% for Gold. Active and regular participation is required to advance to a higher tier.

6 Gaming Rules

The bdtka platform offers slots, live casino, fishing games, bingo, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which should be reviewed before starting.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, bdtka may declare that round void and return the stake.

6.2 Software Providers

bdtka features content from world-class game providers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each provider's games are connected directly from their own platform, and bdtka does not alter their results.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

bdtka reserves the right to pay winnings above a certain limit in instalments rather than in a single withdrawal. The member will be informed of this in advance.

7 Sports Betting Provisions

bdtka allows betting on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Compliance with the following sports betting provisions is mandatory:

• All bets will only be considered valid once confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets on that event will be declared void and stakes will be returned.
• bdtka reserves the right to cancel any bet where clearly incorrect odds were offered.
• For in-play betting, the official result shall be final for any discrepancies arising from technical delays.
• If match-fixing or any other fraudulent form of betting is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtka platform:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Using any software or technology to attempt to influence game results.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in our platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.
• Communicating with support or other members in a threatening, harassing, or abusive manner.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by bdtka

In cases of violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, provision of false information, or participation in prohibited activities, bdtka may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. In such cases, any existing balance (excluding any portion tied to uncompleted bonus or wagering requirements) will be returned.

9.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

bdtka is committed to providing a continuous and smooth service at all times. However, bdtka will not be liable for the following:

• Interruption to games or bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Server issues on the part of third-party software providers.
• Account security breaches caused by the member themselves.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances.

In any situation, bdtka's maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the member in the transaction in question.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bdtka gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data and financial transactions secure.

12 Responsible Gaming
